Can I adopt more than one alien?

Currently it's not possible to adopt more than one alien. 

If you find another alien that you like, try to get one of your friends or relatives to save it for you! (Click the Help save this alien link or email the URL to them!)

 

Can I feed my alien for free?

Yes, there is free food you can get.  Click on your LunchBox  and click "get food."  You'll see the Free Porridge in the list of food there.

Aliens don't like the free food as much as others, but it's healthy for them.

 

How do I raise my alien's health?

Healthy food is good for the alien's health.  Just feed your alien with different things & see his health level rise.

How do I find friends?

1. Click invite friends and invite your friends to adopt an alien.

2. Ask other adopters to be your friends. Please ask adopters in the hungry aliens list.

They are probably the ones who need friends the most (in the 'people' tab).

 

How do I add friends I already know?

1. Use the invite friends (by email) feature. If we find people in your contact list that have aliens we will let you add them as friends if you like.

2. Go to your alien, copy the address from the browser and give it to your friends. This will lead them to your alien & they will be able to ask to be your friends.

We are working on a search option.

 

How do I request friendship?

Click on another alien or owner.  On their page, underneath their photo, you will find a link that says "Add as friend."  Click that, the confirm it.   They will be sent a friend request, and if they accept, you two will be linked!

How can I get more liens?

There are many ways to get liens

1. very simple - compleate a goal every day and get free liens. read more -> Daily Goal

2. Invite your friends & get Liens for each friend that joins.

3. Use your promotion link to get other people to join, post it in forums, on your blog, in your status line or anywhere else you can think of. read more -> promotion tips and ideas

4. Buy liens by SMS or Credit Card.

We are trying to constantly add more ways to get liens.

how to save family members?

goto your alien's family, click an unsaved family member - get it's link.

post this link in blogs or other places (see promotion tips and ideas)

tell people to adopt the alien in the link because its your family, otherwise they may choose a diffrent alien in space.

it's not easy to get people to adopt a family member, but when it happened to me i was really really happy.

 

What else can I do to help?

We need your help in many things:

1. Help promote Save An Alien - think creatively and get as many people as you can to adopt aliens.

2. You can start writing a blog with your alien or open groups about aliens. If you do something - please tell us about it so we can show it to other adopters.

3. Help us write a good guide.  You can ask to edit this guide, open new sections and put more content in it so it will be easier for the next generation of adopters.
